How We Think About Data Privacy in AI Recruiting
Candidate data is sensitive. Here's how Juno approaches data privacy, what we store, how long we keep it, and what candidates can request.

When you use AI to help hire people, you're working with sensitive personal information. How that data is handled matters — ethically and legally.
What Juno stores
We store information candidates submit, interview notes, and AI-generated summaries. We don't use candidate data to train our AI models without explicit consent.
Candidate rights
Candidates can request access to their data, request deletion, and opt out of AI-based screening. We make it easy for companies to honor these requests.
