Managing Pending Invitations
Track invitations in Team > Pending Invitations:
Action | When to Use |
Resend | User didn't receive email within 24 hours |
Revoke | Sent to wrong email or role changed before acceptance |
Edit | Update role assignment before user accepts |
Copy Link | Send invite URL directly via Slack/Teams if email filters are blocking |
Expiration: Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. Expired invites appear in "Inactive" tab for reference.
What Happens Next
User receives email with subject: "You've been invited to join [Company] on Juno"
Account creation: They set password and complete profile (2-3 minutes)
Auto-assignment: Based on your role selection, they gain immediate access to:
Assigned job postings
Relevant candidate pipelines
Appropriate tool permissions (scheduling, feedback forms, etc.)
Notification: You receive an alert when they successfully join
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
"Email already in use" | User has existing Juno account with that email—contact support to merge |
Invitation stuck "Pending" | Ask user to check spam/junk folders for "noreply@usejuno.io" |
Wrong role assigned | Super Admin/Admin can modify role anytime in Team > Members without re-inviting |
External recruiter needs limited access | Use Invited Member role (expires automatically, limited visibility) |
